Coach Jesse Gooch
My name is Jessyca Gooch and I graduated from Winfield High School. I played on the freshmen team my first year and varsity every year after that. We won a state championship my sophomore year and I do still have my ring! I went on to play volleyball at West Virginia State University were I was libero. My senior year I was inducted into the 1,000 club (completed over 1,000 passes in my 4 years) and was consistently ranked in the top 5 in the conference for passing 3 of my 4 years at State. I graduated WVSU in 2013 with a Major in Psychology and a Minor in Criminal Justice. I went on to get my Masters at Marshall University in Mental Health Counseling and am currently a Therapist with KVC Behavioral Health.
I have coached 2 different club teams in the past for Putnam Volleyball Club and done private lessons for many student athletes. I have run camps and skills clinics and am currently coaching the Ignite Volleyball team for homeschooled high school aged girls.
I have known Todd since my first year of playing club back in 2005 and am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with Putnam Volleyball Club again!
